I get it. I’ve been there and I’ve felt that. And I can promise you there is a way to achieve a healthy mind, body, and spirit that never goes away.
The Proven Method to Make Life Long Changes
I tried so many superficial diet and exercise strategies that were exhausting and not sustainable with all of my responsibilities. I knew I needed a new approach to tackle the problems of overeating, calorie counting, fearing food, and punishing exercise that were taking the fun out of life for me and those around me.
In my exploration, I found the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. This Mind-Body approach to nutrition was a unique perspective into my challenges with weight and body image. When I finally dove into the depths and root causes of my struggles, I began to make lifelong changes that I had not been able to before. I looked at food differently, and was finally able to change my habits and integrate them into my life with ease and confidence. Now, I love my body and my new relationship with food. The best part is that I feel a sense of peace that escaped me for so many years.
I’ve taken the mud and muck I’ve gone through, and transmuted it into fertilizer for others to plant their seeds in and grow to their full potential. I see this as my the purpose behind my decades of struggle, and how I want to give back to humanity.
I’ve taken these key lessons and created a 10 session program, called Total Transformation to give people a head start on their weight loss journey so they can finally be happy in their body.
